4th post in 5 days...yes we're spending a lot of time inside right now!
Went back to the emergency room for Amy to get a patch-job on some leaky spinal fluid (it was past the warranty). It seems to have done the job, so now we're hoping for a speedy recovery...given that to this point, it hasn't been much of either.
So, a few more pictures (I'm limiting myself to 5 per post). The first is the baby snug-as-a-bug-in-a-rug, in her car seat (with personalized car seat cover that Amy made with her sewing machine). We're calling the car seat the "baby wake-up machine" - Caitlin can sleep like a champ in your arms, but try to put her down and see what happens. The second pic was of Nate being a goofball on the sofa next to his baby sis...he's still getting used to the idea. I was changing the little gal and she was showing me that both her lungs and her legs are working fine...the girl likes her sleep. The last is us chilling on the bed next to Mom (the ever-present photographer!).
Okay, enough boring everyone with yet another picture of a child....somehow it means so much more when it's your own! Hope everyone's well out there.

Congratulations!!!!!!!!! Caitlin is perfect! Love the cover you made for the car seat Amy, you are really getting good with the sewing machine. Hope you are feeling better :)
you are absolutely NOT posting too many pix...we all wish we were closer so we could get a cuddle with her, so keep the pix coming so we can feel closer! we love you guys & are so happy for you all...carlie & i look at baby nate & baby caitlin, as she calls them, on the computer everyday, so keep the pix coming! enjoy her, remember how fast they turn into toddlers! love you all!
