Good Times

Owen playing at the beach with Uncle Jeff.

Owen playing in the sand after the tide goes out on a little island. Its more like mud than sand and he loved it!

The kids playing in the muck!

I came home to find this. I was helping the boys with the trailer. The trailer broke when we were putting the boat on it. Leo and Jeff helped us get it home. Susan held down the fort. All three kids were sleeping when I got back and look at Owen! How did he get so big? We will miss Aunt Susan and Uncle Jeff so much when they move to Japan in a few short weeks.

Carl took a picture because he knew I wouldn't believe him if he told this kid sat still long enough to read a book! I still don't believe it. There were probably Oreo's under the book!

Owen helping water the flowers.

Owen and Carl watering the garden. We now have peppers , cucumbers, squash and tomatoes. Yummy yummy

Taking an evening stroll up the creek with Aiden's mom and dad. Nathan's friend Aiden took the picture. Not bad for a kid huh.

This week Nathan has soccer camp. He couldn't go today because he is sick. I think he will be fine by tomorrow. I am going to give him breathing treatments throughout the day and tomorrow Carl can stay with him at camp so he should be fine. Owen took a hard fall last night on the clothes basket so he will not be making the blog for a few days. He has a really nice shiner and busted lip! Like always Caitlin is doing just fine! She is tough as nails! Took everyone to the library this morning so we are starting the summer reading program today. Nathan and Caitlin are busy reading right now so lets hope they keep it up. Caitlin was supposed to have swim lessons this week but they got canceled after the first one so we will start again in July but she is really improving. So just trying to check all the boxes of summer so we can relax HAHAHAHa

We have done, beach , pool, boat, library, aquarium, hunt for lightning bugs, sprinkler fun, playdates. Next week we are heading out to check the vacation box we don't have a schedule just fun and lots of it! Stay tuned for more adventures from the Priechenfrieds.
Carl and I have date night tonight, I need to go take a nap so I can stay awake past 10:00pm and not yawn!

Two posts in one day!

Here are a few more pictures. Caitlin helps Owen put on his shoes! The kids has such fat feet the only shoes that fit are crocs!

I took Icecream in for Nate's class the last week for a sundae party. I wonder if I will be the room mom next year?

Owen loves to help Nate and Caitlin practice the piano! They are doing really good with lessons, I will have to post a video soon.

Class of 2023!

I was the class of 1993 and now Nathan is the class of 2023! OH I am getting old! He is my baby! I am so proud of him, he did great! He is so easy going, and fun to be around! My favorite things to do with him are trips to the beach and reading books!

Nathan sits with his class during the graduation ceremony. There were about 100 kindergartners in five classes. They sang five cute songs and got diplomas. There was even a slide show. Nathan was in it a few times, once sucking his thumb and sleeping on the bus!

Walking across the stage getting his certificate.

Nathan with his class!

Nate with his teacher Mrs. Salmons and his aid Ms. Brown! I could not have asked for a better teacher she was awesome!

Owen doing his first run on Saturday morning. Carl dragged us out of bed after a night out with friends and the club! OHHH I am really getting too old for this!

June June June

Well Summer is here and did it get hot. The last few days have been nice and the kids are so excited. They think we should spend everyday at the beach or the pool and so far they have been lucky. I am not sure how long I can keep it up but I will try I guess. Nate has his last week of school .... and he had so much fun and learned so much. His reading , math and handwriting are all above grade level. Good Job Nathan!

Owen finishes Nathans plate every night after dinner. There will not be any OT needed to get this kid to eat! Oh I think of all the struggles I had to get Nathan to take one bite of food. Owen hahahahah oh you make us laugh!

I am cute, but I am trouble!!!!

Nate had field day at his school. Caitlin and I watched, she just loves her big brother! They will be friends forever I can just tell!

Nathan finished T-ball on Saturday. He had a great first season!

The first few weeks of summer will be spent at the pool or beach. Nathan is a good swimmer and I want to have Caitlin swimming by July 4th. If I am going to be going to the pool with three kids I need Nate and Cait to be swimming! I will let you know how it goes!
